i'm 90% positive that one should treat it as a single voice coil 4 ohm sub. they say you should never power the second voice coil, it's only used to adjust the Qts. however, i do know that it has some funky wiring options, but i have'nt looked into it b/c i only have one. to be honest, if you call ascendant audio and ask to talk to chad he will be more than willing to shoot the sh1t with you. i've spoken to him a number of times, he usually answers the phone (small company i guess), but he's cool as sh1t.
