there are alot of jobs around here. at the factory i work at i make 11.50 start out and i know another place that will give people 15 start out. thats with full benifits too.

sue the place. you can't harrass someone or threaten their employment directly or indirectly due to medical condition, race, creed, etc.

get a job that requires a little sweat, a laborer of some type. That is what I did growing up during the summer and breaks. Now that I haven't yet finished college, I have a trade to fall back on. My grandfather always told me "You don't want to do this the rest of your life! But if your not happy with what your doing, or you hit some hard times, you can always have a trade to fall back on. Every man should have a trade...." Now I make good money doing it, and I have flexible hours if I want to try a different business venture(car audio

). Just my 2 cents

BUT....it is really hot working in 100 and f'in 5 degree weather!!!

Yeah Joeys right. If your good at something, and a good worker it isn't to hard to get a job. I went thru construction companies right and left for about 8 months. Some I got layed off, some I walked off the job because I deserved better pay, or the boss was an ass.

To this day every one of them would take me back in a heart beat. Heck my dad still gets asked when I am comming back, and if I need a job.

No i probably am a pussy but its ok, cause im a psychotic pussy that would chain someone up and slowly bleed them to death and torture them in all kinds of wonderful ways lol.

Id like to, but i cant afford a lawyer, im giving them my 2 weeks tomorrow and if they have a problem with it im telling them after work were fightin, im thinkin about taking my boss to small claims court for the 3 days pay he owes me for when i was hurt. As for harrassment, is what they are doing considered illegal? It might not be nice or right but im pretty sure they can get away with it. Its pretty much a lose lose for me so im just giving them my notice, i dont have another job but i have 500 bucks saved up and i can pay 50 bucks a month on my bill till i get a new job and hope my transmission in my car doesnt go.

alot of times your first vist with a lawyer is free and then sometimes theyonly charge when you get money.

If you have any proof of injury, like going to a docotors and telling the Dr what happened, you can file workers comp on them.

I advise doing this asap.

Tell the people at workers comp that your work threatened your job if you claimed.

As for suing etc, I think theres free legal aide to help on this stuff. Or find a cheap lawyer. My lawyer is very cheap as hes pretty fresh out of law school. But hes very good

my injury was in january or december, forget when, my tailbone still hurts and he nevered threatened my job for claiming workers comp. I did and they payed for the hospitol bills but didnt have to pay unless I was off for 2 weeks or more.
