Things are about to get ugly at work

This shits done gone on long enough. Ive been looking for another job but im fucking sick of this shit. Everyday I put up with being put down, and patronized and these punks wonder why im not gonna come in when my boss told me i could have part time. Here is the story. Today and work the original owner (ron) is filling in for the current boss (vic) because he is on vacation. Well during the day ive been patronized and had to put up with serveral offensive comments from him and the other guys, mostly him. Well at the end of the day they are like so whos working tomorrow and i said im off because im working part time due to medical reasons. They are like well then i guess we will be short handed again cause the other guy wrecked his motorcycle. They kept making comments on how you need reliable guys to run a business and it must be nice to come and go as I please. Then the guy taking over for my boss was like how bout if you dont come in wednesday then dont come in thursday either (as in you wont have a job) and i was like fine if you wanna fire me go for it. I was like Vic has me on part time and Ron and the other 2 guys made another comment and then ron was like ok whatever see ya thursday.

This is fucking bullshit. They act like im on part time for fun (I partially am now because im so disgusted with the place) But im still on because 1. its summer and they arent short handed except now and if they werent fucking dicks I would come in and help. 2. I was getting extremely sick and having to leave work and not being able to come in and I wanted to be better for winter when we are really busy. I plan on going back on full time at the end of august until i find a new job or quit.

But here are some other reasons why im pissed at all of them.

I slipped and fell on ice while at work in january. My boss was like dont worry youll get payed even if workmans comp doesnt cover it. Well they payed for my hospital bill but you have to be off 2 weeks to get you time off payed for. So i never saw my fucking money and I came in early, while I was still hurt because they needed me.

Now since on part time, im not getting a raise until I make up the time im part time by working full time. So I would be working 2 more months when we are busy for 6 bucks an hour again, bullshit.

So im thinking of wearing a wire or tape recorder and getting my boss to admit he pays me my over time under the table and then black mail him, or try to file a sexual harassment suit against him because there have been several times one guy and work has slightly or attempted to touch my man parts

. Im not homosexual and i dont appreciate it. Just because all the other guys goof around touching each other doesnt mean I want too.

So what do you guys think I should do?

I would contact your local BBB. Inform them of all thats going on. If you tap yourself at work it could be considered invasion, or worse yet you could violate any confidentiality agreement you may or may not have. I would get the BBB, your local employment office as well. You certainly do not have to deal with it. Contact a lawyer also. Regardless, sexual or not, you are experiencing harassment, paid under the table, and did not recieve medical pay. You have a lot on your side legally. I would persue it, if it is not you then they will do it to someone else. Pricks like that need to find there place, may as well put them there.

what kind of work is it? also id talk to the state offical for workers( i cant remember what its called) but you might want to get some of that recorded so you have proof.

I work in a tire shop, small business. We install and deliver tires.

Proof is good, just be sure when you were hired you did not sign a confidentiality agreeement.

joking. anyway, i hope everything turns out. i'd deffinitely try to take some legal action or something, see if you can't fuck em over.

Yea, that's kind of dumb, especially working at a place like a tire shop. Doesn't seem like the stereotypical place of harrassment, like a construction site or landscaping company, all the big tough guys that think they're the man. I guess those kind of people are everywhere *<works with one too in a print shop>*

sugar won't do anything... but you might want to avoid statements like that. it'll bite you in the ass in a future court case :P jp.

try bleach in the gas tank,, it'll rust it out. the rust should cause problems.
