i have a 10" sub in a Q Logic Sealed Enclosure. However, because the spare tire is stored underneath, the "floor" of the trunk isn't level. See below pic:

If I was to mount it towards the back of the car (where the "floor" is level), would this effect sound quality at all?
level won't matter.
if you want to make it level, just use some plywood or MDF and ut a template to match the drop in the floor and use it as a bottom edge for the sub box.
like having the box on legs.

but ur saying that even if i place the box in the back, where it will point upwards bc of the uneven trunk, it wont matter? which would be better, all things considered.
Its only going to be in the back of your head if its level or not. unless your going to sema or sumthin but i doubt that......so who cares. like they said level wont affect the performance
