usenet is faster
for torrents i use a vpn and that slows it down even more than it already is
sometimes its really fast but usually its slower
been trying to get dias de nietzsche em turim for a while using utorrent no seeds only dht its been 2 weeks im at 74% normally i can have a movie in 12-15 minutes oh well ill wait might even buy it
ive read that down in the states allot of isps are doing bandwidth throttling on torrents and blocking usenet access

My ISP sent me a nice letter informing me that my kids dowloaded some movies via Limewire and that they were keeping a log of what and when they download. Needless to say that log would be hard to refute, so no more Limewire for my kids. I personally use Easynews here at the office, due to the fact we have a 20Mb connection.

"Oh my. I have no idea what happened. It must be someone using my unsecured wireless access point for my home wifi network! Oh dear!"Jon wrote:My ISP sent me a nice letter informing me that my kids dowloaded some movies via Limewire and that they were keeping a log of what and when they download.
