LOL...

He called me last night to let me know he got rid of the 15 and got the two 12" CVRs.

The CVXs looks pretty decent...

Basically if I dont build this box someone else is... Hes dead set on his setup... so Im going to help the kid out best I can.

Im going to side with Bills suggestion. Just makes sense to try and do it right.

The other issue is he wants slot ports... Im trying to steer him into round ports... so he can adjust tuning if need be. I think it would be bad assed to have 8 4" ports on that back wall... lol

I talked with him about his power wire also... Looked like shoe strings in there. I think he said 4 ga, but looked to be 8 running to the amps. One amp looked to be grounded to the trunk lid...

So I think im gonna help him out a bit with his entire setup.

Oh and BTW Bill... He was saying he wants mid 150's...

lol I told him he better pull his wallet out and have a lot of time for R&D/testing.

Not from this setup and not in his lifetime. 8 four inch ports for 2 12's is insanity.

8 4" ports in total....

I havent looked into it yet, just brainstorming.

I did 2 4" ports on a box before. Mike has it...

If I got room, I wanna go that route.

Sounds like someone is gonna have some blown subs pretty soon. 8 4" Aero ports for 4 12's is insanity. Back that down to 4 or maybe even 3

Yes I could use the money, who couldnt really?

Ive come up with 3.75 Cubes with 2.75x17.5" ports. Tuned to 36 Hz.

Kicker in their infinite wisdom has people tuning these things to 42 Hz... wow...

F3 of CVX is 30 Hz, F3 of CVR is 33 Hz.

36" wide, 28" long, 19" tall. 36" between shock towers...
