Well the video will be all the proof you need, and I can tell ya this much... don't be suprised if after which all this is proven in your favor that she loses her job over it. Menards and their managers don't take kindly to being involved in this type of scam and surely don't want the bad publicity that could be made of this really quick and easy.

Yea, make sure Menards is aware of what she is doing so that when she loses in court, she also loses her job :)

Well I hope she does... Serves her right for being crazy...

Im sure the managers will know, they will be getting the subpoena's on Tuesday. lol

Well today is the day.

They backed the court time down from a full day hearing to a half, sarting at 1:30.

We subponeaed her General Manager and the hourly manager that was on duty when the "problems" happened.

We subponeaed the video evidence. All the times I was there their video's only caught her arm in one and me at the checkout with a bunch of stuff. All her claims, no evidence and no witnesses.

Furthermore her attorney wouldnt respond to any of the evidence discovery process.

The loon wants me to drop my CPO against her and enter into a no contact order. In other words if she comes into contact with me, or I do her we both leave. if we dont, one calls the cops. Cops find Im there, write a report. Then the other has to take the report to court and file a "contempt of court".

Right now if shes around I call the Police she goes to JAIL.

I refused to give up my CPO. Her lawyer told mine he works for free I have to pay mine. hes filing to dissolve my CPO. My attorney then countered with her Managers are pissed at her right now and she will continue to need a free attorney. Also we are filing for lawyer fees, damages and court costs.

Sounds like a regular hoe down. Gotta goto court now. more later.

So like once all this is done are you gonna call her and try to hook up?
I mean ya hit it once, how cool would it be to hit it with a girl that you have a restraining order on.

Just make sure to wear a condom and right before the moment rip it off and blast right in her eye and be like "BE GONE BITCH".

That or unexpectedly shove it in her butt....

Well that was rather short and sweet.

All the talk her lawyer did was just that. He wanted to get something out of us and it wasnt going to happen.

I showed up at court. My attorney filled that since they did not follow the rules by responding to his "request of discovery" thats they could not testify. Basically her "free" attorney didnt respond, so therefore he forfeited her case. So needless to say they dropped it all.

He told my lawyer he will drop the request to susspend my CPO against his client if I write an affidvait to them and the court that I was shopping at Menards and not there to ahrass her, which is accurate. So thats done now.

Trouble is this cost me $500 and almost a full day of work. It cost her nothing. I cant keep doing this every time she sees me somewhere.

You shouldn't have to. With this "win" on your case, to say that you are stalking her is like a drive by...you see her, she sees you, and then she calls police. You didn't talk to her, therefore you didn't harass her. She is trash, just put her where the rest of the trashy girls go...

not that I know of, but when I was single, I sure did....

anyway. Good luck in your venture to become just a "normal Joe".

Well the civil protection order includes harassment.

I can try, but the likely hood of winning is slim. Because in her twisted insane mind she really does believe Im doing these things... Now if she didnt truly believe it, then yes I could sue her for attorney fees, loss of work, emotional stress, etc.
