Its about done, finally!
That assembly is pushing my computer to the limits... lol
I am in dire need of memory!
That unit holds together formed tubing and the back side cuts the excess weld off while the part on top winds the cut off weld up. A welder head goes between the rolls and big vertical plate.
The tube runs at roughly 220 FPM.
I believe the buyer paid $36K ish for the unit, including design and manufacture...
