Box Tuning Question

i have two 12 sony subs FS-24.40 and Qts-.40 (i think are the numbers you need) what should i tune their ported box too

depends what your goal is... usually 33-35 for daily. lower for sq... higher for SPL 40+ but with sonys do somewhere tuned around 33-35 you'll be ok.. I'm not sure of the recommended box size for the subs thought, not all to familiar with sonys... tuning is kinda general....

got some extra cash to replace those sonys? that would be my first priority. you can get a LOT better for around the same price......

not to knock you or insult you in any way, but I wouldn't waste my time building any box for sony subs. they make a great "plug into 110v and watch it xplod" video though!!!!

yea i know every hates sonys but their my friends soo not my problem haha

and thanks i was gonna shoot for somewhere around 35-37

Tuned to 35-36 should be fine for a daily... As fine as you can get with Sony subs :p lol j/k
