I have a used 01 Dakota Club cab I’m trying to make some minor changes to.
I have pulled the Sony HU and replaced it with a Pioneer DEH-980 BT (5V preamps) to meet the handsfree requirement of my DD/service vehicle.
I have pulled the profile 2 way fronts and factory tweets and the factory rears.
I have installed Infinity 6020cs fronts: 2ohm 90w 270peak
Rear fill Infinity 6022i: 2ohm 60w 185peak
And for fun I have done a home made Q-logic style stealth sub enclosure in one side of my cargo tray with an M Class Memphis 8 “: 4ohm SVC 100w 200peak.
I am still on the factory infinity amp but want to change to this (Eclipse X5000A):

I would be setting gains with a test tone and DMM. I was looking to give myself some headroom in case I was creative enough to fit a larger or higher rated sub.
I have consulted with Crutchfield and they recommend this (Infinity 5350a) due to the ratings of my sub:

Online manufacturer manuals on both are non-existent.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

You may want to overlook a 5 channel as your rear fill should only be just that. To actually amp them will completely throw off the sound in your cabin and you'd actually be better off without the rears entirely unless it was for midbass only...
I'd recommend you look into a decent 4 channel amp that you can power the fronts and then bridge the back to power the sub.

Thank you for the quick reply. I wanted to keep the truck were it could be returned to the stock "look" as I had bought it, but could pull the amp for use in a future vehicle (probably another truck being on blue collar budget without a trunk monkey to protect a premium investment) but still wanted quality sound. I will shop some more choices unless you have a recommend in the $250-$350 range?
Again thanks for the advise- I will disconnect the rears when I run wire.

Tons of choices for a decent lil 4 channel amp in that price range, and you're still not doing anything any different than you would for the 5 channel with exception of not powering the rear speakers ;)

Addition: Although I would recommend that you buy from a local shop or at least an authorized dealer... That way you got the warranty on the amp :)
