Bored and figured i would post my distain for being a tenant.

Well im bored, and i called my Future LandLord and asked her about some limitations in my apt... She told me ... NO Kegs allowed... which i would understand for certain circumstances... but i brew my own beer and i dont drink that to get drunk its more like enjoying a great meal...
Second thing that pissed me off:

NO overnight Guests without letting my LL know. So my Gf cant come over whenever she wants or "if the mood strikes her" which happens to be often

So anyway im a lil pissy about it but i mean i can handle the beer thing with the keg because i can just brew and then put in bottles. But basically the COCKBLOCK is not cool...

your landlord has to know that someone is staying overnight for one night?
that's pretty gay.
i mean if someone was staying a few days or a week, i understand, but one effing night?
what if you have people over that have a bit too much to drink? you gotta call your landlord at 3am and tell them they are spending the night? id ask for some clarification on that.

and the no keg thing, is that just for regular kegs? cause i am pretty sure you can get a pony keg without them noticing.

well i just want my Cornelius Kegs so i can brew and keg my beers... not cause i want to party-hearty! LOL But yea im going to meet with her and be nice about everything and see what she says... I mean the whole visitor thing... Im def going to break that rule... there is no way she is becoming my Cockblock...

Wow. You know when I was an airman and lived in the dorms we had a rule like that. No girls in your room after midnight.

like they would truly ever know. Unless they do apartment searches at 3am. Afterall, who's to say she didn't come in a 7 am. You just let her leave her car for the night!!
