This has got to be my most desired system! I think it is missing one thing, an Alpine F1 :) .

OMG! That install is gorgeous :thumbsup . Good find William. I like the way he set it up behind the rear seat. The doors are awesome looking too. I would love to hear how that truck sounds.

It's nice, but i don't understand why he didn't go with ARC Audio's best line, the XXK line. I mean, the KAR line is still amazing, but he can obviously afford the best...

I LOVE simple installs like that. No big flashy chrome and so on. The funny thing in that article is that they say
"But what the system lacks in complexity - and McCallum lacks in resources - is made up for by his obsession with installation caliber."
Rainbow References and he lacks resources? They alone cost as much as most people's entire system does.

Yep, the 2 ways are around $7,000. 3 ways approach $10,000. Can't beat the build quality or the material quality though, crossovers use Kimber Cable, machined copper, superb engineering in mid and tweeter. Lifetime warranty too, that helps :)

$10,000 is too much? You should compare them to B&W's flagship floorstand speakers for home audio which are $60,000 a pair. Amplification will run at least $100,000.

Yes lol..way too much IMO. I cant justify any speaker being worth that much. But that's just me.
