i have not had any experience with this amp, but Kicker makes great quality amps.. so im sure this will suite you well.. after looking on Ebay, i have found this amp to be around $300ish, which is pretty amazing, that is rather cheap for a 5channel amp..
o 85 Watts x 4 Channel @ 2 Ohm
o 420 Watts x 1 Channel @ 2 Ohm
o KickEQ Boost with variable gain up to 18dB centered at 40Hz
o Boost, gain, and crossover frequency controls top-mounted
o Visible protection indicator
o "Soft-start" circuitry
o 24dB/octave low- pass crossover in hybrid sub channels
o Differential inputs for noise elimination
o Full-range remote gain control
it also has some nice rms output, which would power a set of components real nice, and a subwoofer or two.. (i may have to buy one of these for the new car, lol), but back to your question, i would imagine this amp is a good quality amp that will do everything you ask of it.. good luck, let us know what you go with and how it treats you!

ive have seen one in use, at a local shop the owner of the shop was using it in his suburban. It ran kicker ss components very well. and it was running a par of kickers low end subs i forget which now.. the silver ones lol. But it was a nice looking install sounded clean. He used it to show off the sq kicker could do. the SS were nice the bass wasnt so great. But hey it ran top of the line components well and two subs what more can you ask for three hundred bucks? and hell it looks pretty good, and is quite small!
