/Well you guys this sux..... im getting kicked outta my house...for some stupid reasons too....im supposedly "bi-polar" and i havent been taking my meds for 8 months. And my parents didnt know or could even tell....and when i did i was all zombiefied. so i told them last night i wasnt taking them and i havent been taking it for about 8 months now. thinking they would be proud of me for getting a job and getting my GED and all that good stuff.....But no my dad flipped he said yoiu have been lying to me all this time you better find a place to stay. so i got 3 months to get out of this place. im thinking about getting an apartment or going to the army since job corps hasent called me. so yea i have had a bad day

If you can, I'd have a heart to heart with your parents. I'm sure your Dad flipped out cuz he has to pay money for it. Plus the doctors say you wont be yourself unless you take it. And going against the rules that were set for you, parents just hate their authority being broken. But they love you man, and I guess what I'm tryin to say is just talk to them and let them know how you feel....just my thought, you might have already done it.

I already did that....didnt work my parents are so mean/stubborn......i dont know im just oconfused right now i gotta find a place to stay.... But yea....its just fucked up right now...i had a 3 hr talk with them and told them how i felt. And they just looked at me

Best advice- get on their good side.

I know you just got your GED and a Job- cool. Just be aware that if you get an apartment, all of your money you make will goto rent and honestly you will be doing good to eat a $1 hamburger at McDOnalds once a week.

I did the same thing when I was 18. I moved out into an apartment that was $350/month, plus all utilities. I had a $120 month car payment and $60 month car insurance...

For the three- 4 months it lasted, I lived off freebies from my family, my room mates family and all the food I could steal from the Hardee's I worked at and the burger king he worked at...

Needless to say when it ended I was about 20 Lbs less and had like no cash...

I'm 23 make I dunno 40-50k a year and I hate life. I really do..there is not a day goes by I don't wish my parents paid for all my shit.

thought about doing that myself, but im not going to war and killing or getting shot. im not that patriotic and i dont really care for war.
