OK new thread about wiring
Let me start over. I have...
JBL BP1200.1@4ohm Amp
-600rms.1@4ohm
-1200rms.1@2ohm
2x JL W3d4 (4 ohm each)
Dual Chamber ( [][]) dual sub terminal Box
i was hoping to find out what way i need to wire my subs to box and box to amp to get an optimum of 300rms to each sub. Should i wire each sub in a series to its terminal or parallel to its terminal. i cant make both subs parallel together unless i open a hole between the chamber wall. Pretty much if you guys can either explain super well or draw an image, that would be very much appreciated.
Also, if anyone wants to tell me how the hi and low converter works, where i put it, where i connect the RCA cables to, how do i get the RCA cables there, and where do i send the power/ground wire.

are they single voice coil (SVC) or dual voice coil (DVC)? the "d" in w3d4 leads me to believe they are dual voice coil. in which case, we already explained in your last thread how to wire them.
here's some diagrams. http://mobile.jlaudio.com/support_pages.php?page_id=161
if you want just 300w rms to each sub, do series/parallel. that will present a 4 ohm load to the amp.

reading your question again, wire each sub in series to the terminal cup on the enclosure. now, you have a choice. you can either wire the two terminal cups together on the outside of the box in parallel and connect one to the amp. or you can just connect each terminal cup to each terminal on the amp, since you said there are two sets. and someone please correct me if im wrong, but like i said before, i believe the two sets of terminals on your amp are wired in parallel internally, so it would act the same as wiring the two terminal cups on the box in parallel.

ok i think i understand
from the options you said, i drew up pics of what i think you are talking aboout
http://sandiego.craigslist.org/clo/222162940.html
those ways will both provide 4 ohm loads on the amp?
if im wrong im probably going to give up so thanks everyone that tried to help and sorry for the questions

Those will both provide the same impedance (left is wired in parallel, right is wired in stereo, which should be in parallel then by the amp's jacks).
Are your coils wired in series inside? (Next time draw the +, - on the sub NEXT to each other, like they are on the sub. They're not on the corners of the sub :) ) 8ohms and 8 ohms in parallel = 4 ohms, so yes, you should have the correct impedance. A good way to double check is to measure the impedance on a multimeter.

hmm another possibility?
is it possible for me to just drill a small hole in the chamber wall so i can run wires from sub to sub to make it parallel. heres an image that i think.

or will drilling a hole cause an effect on how the subs are played?
