Wuz up yall I REALLY need help becaue im just about to give up on this beat thing. I got another amp the sony xplod 480 one from a pawn shop so I assume that its working hooked it up and everything was fine, but everytime I turned the volume up the subs would go off and come back on so I assumed that I needed a new battery because the car wouldnt start up sometimes either. Anyway I went to auto zone bought a new battery and soon as I turned the amp on it started playing for like 5 seconds then it shut off and wont come back on whats the problem?? I am using a 60 fuse. Also when I hook up my broken amp the light comes on, but when I hook up the sony one again the light doesnt even come on. I dont think its blown becaue I just got it and I only played it for a total of 5 mins can anyone help????

Yes,
That amp is a piece of shit.
Sorry, but I had to tell ya.
Anyways how do you know the amps good?
Maybe you blew your subs out? And that is causing the amps to fry? Happened to me before...

Well you already got 5 minutes of use from that explode amp. How much more can you expect?

So was that a bad amp to begin with? What do I do? Will it ever come back on?

I figured that so what size fuse I need? And if I get that size will the amp come back on because with the first broken amp I put a 40 fuse on it and it wouldnt come on but when I put the 60 fuse it worked. I only have 1 sub bridged I forgot to mention that.

I used the positive side from the L speaker and the negative side for the R speaker
