humm just thought of something... why dont you go with a D9 it would be cheaper than 2 D6's... it wouldnt be as much power by 400 rms... but let me tell you i KNOW the D9's sounds amazing! only thing is 400 rms is quite alot of a diffrence. but its just an idea to save trunk space and a little money with a sacrfice of 400 rms. your call dude

these 2 12's will be going in a single cab truck , so they will be in those truck boxes . Since they are d6's and going into sealed boxes they should have good sq right ? but will they also be able to get loud ?

oh my lord will they get loud! my d3 gets quite loud. the d6's will be alot better too. the only problem is you wont be able to breath :thumbsup
are you going to be able to get a truck box with around .9 cu. ft.?(i think thats how much space you need for sealed box with the D6's.. i may be wrong)
that would be a sweet setup... and sound great. your going to have a fun time.

they require 0.9 ? ok thanks i had been looking for that....but i already have an alpine mrd 605 , what if i got another one and ran one to each sub , they are 600 @ 2 ohm so i can get the dual 4 ohm subs , would this be okay for the amps ?

ok you done it... you made me look things up.. haha here is the

sub : http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_5355.html

sealed box is .875. you still need to take into concideration the displacment of the sub... i think. you can go to diamondaudio.com and look at the specs they have.

what you could do is buy another alpine amp and wire each amp to each sub.
you would buy the dual 4 ohm and wire them to 2 ohm and your set :)
