I just hooked the SE up today and it's undoubtedly the best sounding woofer i've owned or heard yet. It's in a ported enclosure..tuning and size unknown..I got it off the guy I bought it from. It's definitely in an SQ alignment. I'd venture to say 28-32hz. After listening to some bass mekanik tracks and other music I noticed how much punchier sounding this was than my previous CVR 15. The sound was just so much smoother and dug down deeper than the VR ever could. It's not quite as loud as the Kicker was, but it does still get loud even in an SQ box. I have no doubt in my mind I could make it louder than it is, but for right now I don't want to take away from how great it sounds.
