The older Kenwood I have now, doens't seem to work with my Galaxy S8, so would like to get a newer deck.
I would like one with Android Auto.
Anyone own something they really like? Any feedback on the model you have?
One thing I can't stand is unstable units, this Kenwood is when it did work with my older phone. It would connect/reconnect all the time, no matter what phone we tried to connect to it.
So I really want to know from actual people what they think from personal experiences.

We purchased a PLDNAND465 made by Pyle for our teen driver. It's a double din Android touch screen radio. Good unit. It has everything Pyle has to offer in a touch screen radio. Bluetooth, GPS Navigation, WIFI, DVR Dash Cam, and a Back Up Camera. Very reasonable price. Go to: Touch Screen Radios Shipped Free! They have a few option available.

I've actually went a different route.SuanHarrington wrote:Hey Chris, have you found what your looking for?
Going to mess with a Raspberry PI running Crankshaft which allows you to run Android Auto. Got a 7 inch capcitive LCD and have it working.
Just waiting on some updates that will fix some bugs and hopefully give some more functionality.
I'll need to modify the bezel to allow for the large screen. Hopefully I can make it look OEM.

Hello
You can find android auto unit https://liamscar.com/best-android-auto-head-unit/
A lot of helpfull info about this.
As for Kenwood, I used excelon DDX, it fixed witout any issues.
But before it, it was ATOTO A6Y2710SB A - good one, when I hav a low budjet. The lowets price, but the quality of the sound was excellent
Anyway, the reviews and top rating really help to choose the best of the best)
