We always seem to get people who take the time to signup, but most never post anything.
If you have any questions that we might be able to help with, please post them.

Even if you don't have a question, at least introduce yourself.

Probably so they can post spam/links in their profiles? It got to where I just took my forum offline because there's many spamers. Like 100 in a day would join, some would post, some would just put links and stuff in their profiles... It sucked, and nothing I tried stopped them... Might put it back up after Christmas, maybe I can figure out how to stop them - or at least slow them down?

Ya I've seen them do this, I've never understood this.
Back linking like that doesn't benefit then at all SEO wise. I really doubt anyone actually goes to someone's profile and says 'wow rolex watches for $10!!' either.

The forum software does a pretty good job at auto moderating the posts too, which is nice.

I got some emails from my host/website designer saying that I needed to remove some of the links in our members profiles because of complains from copyright holders or something. I don't remember exactly what it was about, but I ended up deleting like 5,000 users.

I didn't have any of the goodies like this forum does, just the standard edition of phpbb or whatever.

But I see the same profiles on here day after day. Must be bots.

What up guys ^^ Name's Tyrone and I'm from Texas. I'm a big fan of GM cars (particularly Olds as you can tell by the name) and when I'm not playing Army i spend my time turning wrenches. Still kind of an amateur at this audio thing but I'll get better at it.I gotta a few questions, but i'll ask 'em tomorrow...iz kinda late *yawn* But just wanted to say "hey". I see the forums kinda quiet, but that's cool....guess I'll start to make a lil noise lol. Take care peeps

Saw the pic of your car in the garage, that looks really nice. Did you restore it yourself?
