Hello Everyone & Anyone who can help,
My subwoofer stopped working. My amp is still on but no output to the sub. Do I check the amp's speaker output connectors (screws) with a multimeter? Am I looking for current or voltage? OR do I check the Line Out (RCAs)?
Thanks for ANY and All help.

check for DC resistance and continuity across the speaker terminals to see if a wire came loose, or the sub is damaged.
check "true RMS" or AC voltage across the output pos and neg terminals of the amplifier to see if you are getting any output voltage there. Set the meter to a range of 200 volts AC.

Also move the volume up and down while you do this it will help in spotting whether the amp is outputting or not.GlassWolf wrote:check for DC resistance and continuity across the speaker terminals to see if a wire came loose, or the sub is damaged.
