Need help with this.

How do I determine what the port tuning is on a ported box that I have. My subs blew and I need to figure out the port tuning to this box so I can get subs that will work with it.

Here are some specs on your box. Measure the width and legth of the port.

One of the guys here might be able to figure it out for you.

It does look like a fairly well made box though. Just my opinion.

The length of the port is just about 15 inches long and is almost exactly 6 inches wide for the majority of the port but it rounds off and widens out on both ends. Thanks

btw im running a class D 1200w peak amplifier.

Ok, so the dimensions of your box are 15-1/4" top depth x 18" bottom depth x 32" wide x 16-1/16" high with a round port width of 6" and length of 15". Box is built out of 3/4" mdf board.

One of the car audio ninja guru's will probably jump in here and tell you what you have.

I'm not that good.

RMS rating is what is needed. Which brand and model?

xm-2002gtr is the model number its an xplod class d amp and I believe its 500w rated power. The box is also set up to run a series or parralell wiring system.

lol in the specs of the box they dont even bother telling you what its tuned to
