Spam, I hate it

Some of you may know that for some time certain email domains were blocked for our registration process. This was to help reduce the amount of spammers signing up.

With the latest VBulletin update we did it allows for the ReCaptcha image verification process. I have now set this up. Before we had only a simple math question that didnt stop the bots. The word question helped, but I noticed it missing when I checked today...

So now we have Recaptcha. Hopefully it works well. Lets see.

Well that's what the captcha is supposed to be for so lets keep our fingers crossed.

Seems to be working already...

Since I removed some certain email domains, we have been getting 2-6 what I guess fake or spam sleeper members per day.

Since I added the reCAPTCHA not one.
