I know some of you are aware of this nutjob. He is about to be banned from competiting USACi forever.

To sum up a Very Very long story, Kyle was the result of a pissed off individual that poured cola on his subwoofer and carpet.

Kyle has made a huge stink about this, and now he is acting like a little TWIT on the USACi boards.

Kyle is digging a hole he will never get out of with a few completely pissed off competitors.

The reason I am writing this is...I know that some of you either know him, or have heard of him. He runs ALL Cadence in his 08 PT Cruiser, and had quite the competitive little Mitsu a few years back.

If you know him, tell him to slow his roll. He has threatened everyone with a gun, and to be quite honest, that is not something you do to me, much less a few of the more pissed off SQ competitors.

I have created a thread on his forum, and if you want to read it, look here: nutjob for hire

Go to Soundoff.org then USACI, then forums, then sound quality and you will see what it is we are talking about with this tard.

ummm...

Someone poured pop on his subwoofer? Now hes mad and wants to shoot people?

Did I understand that correctly?

Seriously, if he has made a threat then turn him into the police and stop making it worse. Its one thing to act childish, its one this to be an internet hard ass, but making threats against others life and knowing this guy personally (thats you that knows him, not me)- its not worth the risk.

Debate on the forums are good but not when ones life may be at stake, including his.

I think you would be doing everyone (including him) a favor by reporting him to the proper authorities and letting them handle it. Obviously he has a problem...

Would it kill people to try and be civil about things.
I don't know any of said parties, but I think things would be far better resolved if people could just talk verses going into bashing and threats.

If someone poured shit on my subwoofer id be pretty pissed 2, regardless it isn't something to bring a weapon to the fact that it was mentioned lead's me to believe he is childish and immature...
however someones ass would be in court and probably in cuff's for vandalism.

i agree with Michael 100 percent this seems like a bunch of dumb shit for a bunch of people to argue about and nothing will come out of it. I may have not been around very long but i know to keep my nose out of shit that doesn't mean anything to me. I'm the first guy to step up and help someone i know a lot of you guys know this, but seriously is your involvement in it really necessary?

Joe for future reference these are erroneous just don't want someone to use it against you.
When you state that you will be bringing a gun to a competition, now we are flirting with felony charges.
This is incorrect. in almost any state this would be a simple misdemeanor of the first degree, for carrying a concealed weapon. Its not a felony, and please don't forget that open carry (gun in plane sight in a holster) is legal in most of the 50 states.

Secondly even brandishing or improper exhibition is a first degree misdemeanor in most state's he doesn't reach the felony status until he points it specifically at a person. which is assault with a deadly weapon. If it reached that point and i was there i would probably draw on him and fire.

Remember simply having a gun is not illegal unless its specifically stipulated in the establishment the show is taking place.

By the way welcome to car audio its a bunch of fun...

lol, its understandable.

Its safe here also.. That guy isnt here I know of.

I know you have good interests at heart as usual Joe. My post was just an outsiders view... Not a big deal to me as the issue isnt here. I just want my friends to remain safe, thats all. In doing so I hope you take my recommendation to contact the Police. Its not worth taking it any farther man :) Someone could wind up dead or hurt, maybe even him? Just not worth it. Let the Police sort it out.
