the comps are better off sealed....put it in a box program and you can get specs for ported but i would always put the comps in sealed....they just seem to function better

Awesome. I definately want to go with sealed. From all the reading I've done on that Elevation Audio forum on here, that's the way to go (and like Smoker just barely said).

ya the comps like sealed boxes, they also like a box thats called Wickedone but thats a whole differnt thing.

ive got some very nice boxes for 10's that are .75 cubic ft., and are 3/4 mdf not particle board and are grooved, glued and screwed and carpeted for 29.95

ya i dont think hed want to spend the money on one either. 30 bucks for a box is hella cheap. it would be 150 or so for a Sinister one or 400 for a wicked one. id go with the box from terry
