Confused on a problem

Haha, I ran it for about 4 months, then pulled it out because I needed trunk space. Now it's just sitting here, wanting someone to buy it from me.

BTW, the last message he sent me today (I was already gone from work, picking it up here shortly), was that it's very random when it cuts out, and the "Protection" light doesn't come on.

Well then... Its not the amp.

Either he doesnt have the voltage to support the amp (voltage rail sag) or the speakers to close to the borderline on impedance...

Yeah, I totally agree.

I'm going to do a simple test here at my apartment.

He said if it's cool, he wants it back, but I'm just going to tell him it won't work with his setup.

Gonna give it a go with that amp today. I have a feeling there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. I just gotta stop by and pick up my battery charger on my way home.

Amplifier is fine. I ran it here for a while, with absolutely no issue's. When the voltage dropped, it kicked out.

Yeah, your telling me.

I even got the Protect light to come on as well when I was playing around with it.

So yeah, I'm 100% positive that this amp is a-ok.
