You'd be suprized at how well these actually perform.
My lil cousin has 2 in his truck, too bad he's got a 3000w Legacy amp pushin em. It only puts out 800w RMS @ 2ohm... that's what one of these should be receiving.

I just wanted to update this thread for anyone who may come upon it.

Through out the thread some of the designs and the graphs have been attacked. Called not musical, not actual, narrow, one note wonders, etc.

I would like to point out I bult what I called the dual iso coupled box and the 6th order BP.

Both have met or exceeded my expectations given the designs.

THe dual iso deal was very loud, as was intended.

The 6th order bandpass is by NO MEANS a one note wonder, narrow or anything of the such. Actually it sounds MUCH like a sealed box in terms of SQ, but has the bonus of gain via the ports. This is an 8" suc, so naturally the Fs isnt the highest and the output isnt the best due to small cone area. However this 8" sub in this box is phenominal! The output blew way past my expectations. The SQ is awesome.

If anyone cares to argue about it I fully invite you to come listen then judge.

Yeah that is my Buddy...Go up there all the time....I am not sure what class yet...But we are going big and bad...Joe is giving me a hand with the setup and stuff and also Justin may come down to do the sq on the comps and stuff
But yep that is him...He is the one that thaught me everything hehe...Anyways I may have even done some work on some of your units before...He is always swamped during comp season so I go and give him a hand...Not to easy to throw a hundred amps out the door a day but sometimes we get...So how did your amps turn out...
