Sry bout the Ford comment but we have had some issues with Ford products all our families existance so bad history equals not so bright future for me buying a ford... especially an Exploder... I will admit that i was there when one just caught fire in the middle of a parking lot at my school. Ever since then ive been a lil hesitant to step into one, I feel safe in a Focus or Stang though. lolMobileAudio219 wrote:I feel your sadness...

I'd go for the Explorer or Grand Cherokee myself.
A Rav4 isn't an SUV, it's a car with a lift kit. You might as well save your gas money and get a car if you go that route.
Mazda 6 is a much nicer car than a Camry IMO. Camry drives like a coma, Mazda rides and handles so much better. Just as reliable, gas mileage is about the same.
Everybody has different luck with stuff, though. I haven't had trouble out of any of the Ford trucks I've had, while every Toyota I've driven or my family has had has been a pile of crap.

Why put 5k down? On a new car you're going to get like 3% financing or better. Invest the 5k and make 10% or better and just make a little larger payment on the car. Use interest to your benefit.

the new Camry is much nicer looking the old generation, but it's the first year of the new model. So you have to be aware that there could be some 'bugs' in it, that all 1st year cars might have.
But Toyota has always been good about recalling and fixing bugs too. but it's just something to think about.

When I get home I'm going to put a sign on the Jag for 16k. I'll take 14k for it though.

And yes, the new 4Runner are gorgeous :)
I'm not partial or anything!!
If not I do like the new Rav4, they are bigger and I'm not really sure why Toyota still has the Highlander to be honest?
I hate HATE the Highlander it is by far the worst vehicle that has ever been made... it really fall aparts and its like a big can on wheels and its just stupid none of them look nice and they are uncomfortable
...OK its not the worst vehicle but i hate it still
