I dont drink so

Some days I think I should drink, and heavily at that!

I think it is funny that Fat Tire is one of the most popular and widely distributed micro beers (is that a contradiction or what), yet so many people dislike it. I'm with you on Fat Tire, it tastes pretty sour. It is made by New Belgium Brewery in Ft. Collins, CO and is probably their worst beer. They have one called Trippel that is 9% alcohol!!!, you almost have to chew it, but the taste is surprisingly good :) New Belgium also makes Sunshine Wheat, which is a rich beer with some fruity undertones; a cold one of those with a good meal on a hot day, tough to beat.

Sour is a good word for it. I still cringe at the thought of the taste. It's an expensive beer to, one of the highest priced beers I've seen.

well im with basstronics on this.....i dont drink really but i do occasionally have some wine with dinner or at social gatherings....my days of getting liquored up are long gone. it takes way too long to recover these days..i used to be able to hold my own but i never understood the concept that some people have that the worst it taste the better they like it...you know the guy im talking about, you take a shot of whatever type of alcoholic nut sweat he is drinking and it taste like the squeegeed it off the ass of an elephant but he loves it and gives you shit because you dont. if i have anything hard these days it is usually red bull and vodka....and if someone here asks, yes, i have tried jaggermeister and red bull and noone really likes jag. it is just a right of passage in this country to get all sloshed up on the stuff so you can look back one day and remember how stupid you were..oh and yea thats right i said wine.....im about 6"1 240 lbs and i like a little white zinfandel with my dinner......yup thats right i drive pickup trucks ride motorcycles have a tattoo, know more than my share of hardcore bikers that didnt charge there bike on a credit card and have more tattoos and scars than functioning brain cells and i like wine......

oh and if it has fruity undertones is it still beer?

Haha, I guess so, but it's debatable. It is brewed with orange peel so it has a faint citrus taste. It is actually really good if you like beer; probably my wife's favorite beer because of the slight citrus taste.

by malt beverages, i mean mikes, smirnoff, bicardi 03. wussy beers.

I like Kokanee, Canadian and Coors for beer. For the hard stuff I like Gibsons Silver, Tangle Ridge and Southern Comfort. I will drink anything by the end of the night when everything tastes the same and every woman is looking her finest all of the sudden. The only thing that that makes me cringe is Vodka. Don't get me wrong it makes a damn good drink but back in the day in my home town we all started young and I thought I was a 15 year old Heman with the Vodka. I would drink it until I could barely walk home and I would leave a trail of it along with some Doritos I had snacked on sometime during the night for the rest of the drunks to follow. Aahhhhh... them's were the days but now I can't even smell the stuff without my mouth watering.

If you get a chance try some German and Italian wines. They are sweet, and very flavorful, not near as dry as most state side wines. I have a list of ones to look for, but I am to lazy right now to find it. If your interested let me know and I will find it for you tommorow.

I haven't really tried too many kinds of beers, but from what I've tried Rolling Rock is my favorite. I don't really like any kind of liquor, but it gets the job done faster...Grey Goose Vodka is probably my liquor of choice, but too bad its so expensive. 14 dollars for a pint that will barely get me buzzin...
