Mike same with you if you want a bottle of beer... I only have 2
The noise only occurs when the RCA is plugged into the Right channel...
However update on the situation... I tried a suggestion here by plugging either the left rca or right rca into the "Right" input on the amp...
Guess what?! Both rca's make that terrible noise when plugged into the right channel...
So that would have to mean its the Amp! Although I will verify this today with my laptop just to make sure...

I found that there is a certain little pizza shop that serves very good pizza. I sent some to Bill before.

email [email protected] he will help you out. However there are very few things that could cause output noise from an amp without bad input. does it do it without the inputs in?

Nope only when that little sucker is stuck into the amp... but like I said it doesnt matter if which line i use, anything plugged into the Right input on the amp makes that horrific noise... Bill maybe what i will do is call you and have you listen to it... You will probably have to move the phone away from your ear... thats how loud it will get... I still have to plug the laptop in to see as of yet... I don't have my truck with me right now so I will know once I get home around 4:30
