ive gotten 3 bad compressor filters in a row at home depot. after me and the manager went and looked all that were left on the shelf were bad. he said one of the stockers mustve dropped a pallet. so it could be something like that. ive also purchased 1 deck and various other electronics at wal mart that were broken and had to exchange them. id check everything b4 i returned it though

haha good ole electricity... Ughhh its just ive never had problems b4 and it just sucks that its on a friends vehicle... I mean Best buy will take it back its just the principal of the thing u know?

maybe you shoulda took them up on their free installation

I know but if i cant get this stupid thing working i dont want it on my hands if and when something goes wrong... he may be a good friend of mine but he has a vengeful mother lol

not to pick pieces at other ppl but its interesting, I have done lots of installs for everyone, but for some reason it seems that every system that i have installed in a car for someone who is Jewish, it has had problems or complications, or has taking a lot longer than it should... I dont know why either... i say this cause my buddy is jewish, but ill tell ya he barely follows his religion at all lol Its ok though cause we all rip on him cause of it lol

did you get it hooked up yet if not please tell me what wires you got going to what and also when your hooking this up did you plug the antenna in also

nah i didnt plug the antenna in usually that doesnt matter... Unless on these new HU's that makes a difference
