yeah, thats what i've been trying to say. no idea what they're called, and stupid ass best buy and circuit city throw them away if you have them install it. flippin morons i say. Hope my shop will sell them.. i should actually check the deck's box :)

Fellas...
You need the radio keys from that model family. As stated before you ALWAYS want to keep these. Dont let some $8/hr fool at Best Buy or Curcuit City tell you otherwise...

Yeah... well, the morons at Circuit City throw them away so you have to take it to them for what ever.

Take it to them and demand a set of Keys.
You bought the box with everything in it. You didnt authorize them to throw out YOUR property...

go back with the manual that shows what comes in the box.
Then say,
I paid for these and they seem to be missing. Would you know why?
I'm sure they'll find some pretty quick if you put up a big enough stink about it.

they just dont want to screw with it...installers always have those keys around...
