Yes. If you were to bride one set (for example rear) you could run it at 4 ohms only, which im assuming is 140 watts x 1 bc you would be bridging channels 3 and 4, so it would be only 1 channel then ( i think...its late)

If you wanted to run the other 2 channels, you could run them to 2 ohms.

damn, now im not sure.. b/c the manual says 140Wx2 @ 4ohm bridged. which probably means when all 4 ch are used combined to make 2 channels. im tryin to figure out what the RMS rating will be on the mono channel in 3 ch mode. :-/

right. 2 channel mode
140x2 @ 4 ohms bridged

4 channel mode would be
70x4 @ 2 ohms, 35x4 @ 4 ohms

3 channel mode is
140x1 @ 4 ohms bridged & 35x2 (both @ 4 ohms)
or
140x1 @ 4 ohms bridged & 70x2 @ 2 ohms

ok 50x2. it's an unregulated power supply then. it doesn't double it's power at half the load.
no big deal.
I was going based on the one spec you offered. I didn't look up the ratings.

no, I didn't take offense or anything, I just meant I based the figures on the first bridged numbers. if it's 35x4 @ 4 ohms and 140x2 @ 4 ohms bridged, then that's what you'd get in 3 channel mode.
35x2 @ 4 ohms for front speakers
140 watts x 1 for the sub (4 ohms bridged)

Sounds like a stupid question, but I honestly dont know the answer.
What terminals would you wire to when using the 4 channels into a 2 ch bridged configuration? ?

Would you sum the FL and FR into 1 ch and RL and RR into the other channel?
Or sum the FL + RL and FR + RR??
