Are you kidding me... I can see exactly what Terry is thinking...

He is sitting there with all cheese doodles all over him and he just snaps his fingers and she comes over there with the vacuum and cleans him off... And he doesnt miss a beat while watching the game lol...

Ideal situation yes?

anyway i fixed the cone and surround turned it on and it made a different terrible noise. so i took it out of the box and the spider on the opposite side of the hole in the cone ripped and the voice coil is disconnected from the cone i think i can reglue the coil but i dont know about the spider. can i just silicone the spider or what. the coil seems fine its not making any scratchy noises when i push on it so it can be fixed i think

u can try you need to get whats call CA glue to do it. u can get it at most hobby stores. or you can send it to me and ill repair it. what sub is it?
