I finally found the key that locked away my happiness... The lock is off and my happiness is in full blum...

Lately I've been a little stressed and feeling a bit blue. It's not that I have any major issues or anything, but its just a combination of all the little things that just sorta huddle together, you know?

Anyway, I woke up the other day and I just felt... I don't know....better! I didnt feel stressed, sorta like nothing really mattered...

I think I finally just decided to stop carrying... Bad sh*t going to happen, such is life and is totally uncontrollable, you just have to decide what you are going to focus on, the good or the bad...

It's really been a life changing experince...

This must of been how Peter felt in the movie "office space"... It's totally relaxing to not give a sh*t anymore...

Seriously, I'm just tired of focusing on the bad stuff going on in my life right now, ya know?

I mean, my life really isnt all that bad...

I dont know, all my life I've been easily stressed, I'm tired of it...

I'm just letting it go...

Good for you :happy055: It's not always easy to let go of the bad things as I believe it is human nature to dwell on things...
There has been many a time in my life that I have to continue to give these bad things to God and let him take it the way he sees fit.
I know I'm sounding like "Pastor Michael" right now (that's what my wife calls me when I start in), but hey why knock it if it works

Yep. You're pretty much dealing with life. Some people deal with it better than others. Remember that only you have control of how you feel, whether you believe that or not. Stress management and a conscious awareness of how you feel is very important.

There has been many a time in my life that I have to continue to give these bad things to God and let him take it the way he sees fit.
I know I'm sounding like "Pastor Michael" right now (that's what my wife calls me when I start in), but hey why knock it if it works

Ya just walk in the word Justin and know Jesus is there for you 24/7 and never forget that he died on the cross for you.....and you'll be happy as a button...lol
