I may be gone for a long while

Post by ZeroAccess »

Well, I've been having a lot of financial problems. I finally decided to quit paying the bills and go into foreclosure/short sell. I'm going to stop paying the house bills and try to fix the house up with that money and hope for a short sell within 3months. Lets see what happens. May be interesting.

Anyways, I won't have internet anymore, its not like I've been that active here recently but you cats are some cool people. I'll be around just long enuf to make sure a member here gets a product I'm shipping to him. After that...I dunno

But wanted to say peace out and if I'm not back in a few months It was pretty cool knowing/learning a lot from ya'll.

Yeah, Big time sucks and really sorry to hear about it :(

I'd take Ryan's suggestion on the free dial up thing so you can stay in touch with people... heck we're here if only to have some people to vent to ;)

I am over at my parents regularly and will hopefully be attending college soon and get everything back. Just taking a break over the summer I think.

If anyone can help me out with ideas on what to do.
Right now I've been borrowing money from family members for the past 4-6 months and they no longer have funds to help me. I have enough to pay my bills but my life is shitty to say the least. I want to be able to go back to college and if my credit gets hurt...well so be it. I can no longer afford a 1,400 a dollar month mortgage bill + utilities. Its just too much for me at this point in my life.

I was going to try and sell the house but it needs around 10,000 dollars worth of new flooring/lighting/walls repaired...crap like that. Just from the previous owners who had the house not from me. How I came into the house is a long boring story but I purchased it from my parents. It had to be done.

So, My plan was to save up a little bit of cash in the next few months (2-3months) and pay off my motorcycle and some of my credit cards. That way when I attend college in the fall I can quit my job and focus on school. A friend of mine has found a place for me to live right near the college for probally 200 a month for however long I need. I planned on getting a small part-time job and just living the college dream so to speak. My parents can and will help me out in college but right now they can't afford to keep making my house payments.

Ok, kind of rambling...I'm just feeling so helpless I helped the fiance move into her new arpartment (her family bought it for her) and screwed up my back in the process. So now I'm laying on the floor typing to you guys instead of working.

If you can't afford the house, why aren't you selling it? Regardless of if it needs x amount of dollars of work, you can't afford to keep it. I'm guessing if your rents are nice enough to pay your mortgage, they'll let you live at their house until you get your crap back together. You can pay the mortgage and hopefully your family members back from the sale of the house.

Being 23 thats a lot of responsibility you've taken on, I've got nothing but respect for ya. It'll all work out. You know what you need to do. Just relax stick with the plan we talked about. And most of all have fun in college.. your 23 these are kick ass years... Talk to you later. Best of luck Joe..
