NORMALLY (and i say normally because all insurance companies are diferent) unless ur stereo is insured then ur fucked on it, yank it out asap.. i have to pay an extra 50 bucks a month to cover my stereo. my mom wrote estimates for AAA (autoclub) for like 21 years or somethin like that, she just retired last summer. but if u any insurance question u might have hit me up and ill ask her. aim-crazywhiteboys05

wow, that really blows for both of you, both complete accidents (on your part). There must be something with people and stop signs lately. A few hours ago a friend of mine was in a party store parking lot which is on a corner of a main street and residential. Some ignorant guy cut across the parkinglot to avoid the stop sign. The second my friend put his car into park, the guy slammed into him...worse part is no insurance.

Sue the shit out of him. Act like your neck is hurtting or something. Hell, if he is gonna be a dumbass, let him pay for it. You could try to get like 10 grand or something in damages and emotional stress and some other stuff. Get a new car with a bigger trunk and have a new audio car.

How many miles are on that motor? Year?

If they total it, I might want that motor if its the DOHC without to many miles.

I spent about 6 hours today trying to find one. I was in Detroit to Toledo and back home... no motor...

the car is a 95 SC2 5speed.. it has over 205,???.. the car runs strong still.. BUT.. the only things that i know of that are even wrong with the car under the hood are that it leaks antifreeze.. i think it leaks into the engine, because i can fill it up in the morning, and by the next day it will be half gone or somethin.. and sometimes when i have the car runnin(like parked somewhere for 10mins or so), it will smoke pretty bad when i take off.. so i think its the o-ring.. or it may be a oil filter or something, i dont know, i dont know much about cars in that area.. but im sure they will total it..so tomorrow or something i have to take out the entire stereo/wiring .. but whatever, on a lighter note.. i looked at a 05 Colarado ex. cab.. really sharp..
