I got free stuff!!!
Okay, my sister-in-laws dad just gave me an amp and sub(in a box) The amp is a Kenwood KAC-7201(150wx2 - 460x1)
The sub is a 12" kicker comp, I dont know the specs on the sub so I was wondering if anyone here knows this sub(I'll attach a pic) I think he was running the amp bridged which I think is too much power for the sub but I'm not sure?? At the moment I have CDT CF-61 components upfront powered by a Clarion DPX-2250(125wx2) wired up with 8 gauge wiring kit with inline 40 amp fuse. What gauge do you think I will need to go to for both amps?? Also what amp fuse will be needed?? I will get a better sub to match the amp if you guys think it's necessary.

* Polymineral cone
* Double-stitched polyester foam surround
* Can be used in free-air applications
* Frequency response 27-500 Hz
* Power range 40-150 watts RMS
* Peak power handling 300 watts
* Sensitivity 88.6 dB SPL
* Top-mount depth 5-5/8"
* Sealed box volume 1.25-3.5 cubic feet
* Ported box volume 1.75-2.25 cubic feet
* 1-year warranty
that sub is pretty decent for what it is.. but that amp bridged may be just a little too much for that sub, being that it only handle 150rms, and the amp does 460rms bridged, but if he had it on there before and it did fine, then you may be ok, also, onto the gauge question, you could buy a distrobution block that is a single 8 into dual 8 inputs, Wal Mart sells these for about $10 or so.. this will allow you to have a single amp kit(the one you have now) and run two amplifiers(the Clarion and Kenwood), you would just run the Clarion power wire to the single input on the distro block, and run two pieces of power wire from the two inputs on the distro to the power wire inputs on the amps, and just ground the amps like you normally would, i have one of the distro's i mentioned and it comes with two 60amp fuses.. so you will not need to fuse your kenwood amp if you do this..
here is an example i found on the net.. this is a single into four:

hope this helped..
