No, it's the staff's job to quell pissant little squabbles between board members when one person is dumb enough to send money or goods to another person without use of a proxy, mediator, or escrow, and then gets burned, and wants to use the public forums to air their dirty laundry.
I think that sums it up in a nutshell.
