Post by Darthness »

i have a general question about full coverage auto insurance..i know this is goign to vary from the provider but if you have full coverage are you protected from theft? ie, if someone breaks out all my glass and takes my sub and amps, will i be able to call uo my insurance company nd have them handle all that? :)

its Dependant on your insurer. call them and ask. but usually they cover up to a certain amount and it has to be bolted to the truck. i put a 10000 rider on my insurance and it only costs like 15 extra bucks a month well worth it if you ask me.

Bill, i was wondering, what insurance do you have that is giving you the rider?? I know on my insurance, they say that it has to look stock. So a big ol box and a big ol subwoofer arent worth anything to them!! Even if it is bolted down, they still wont cover it.

The only reason I am with the insuracen I am with is because i get discounts for student grades and stuff and so far, my mom has not seen other companies that have done that. So it makes it to be the cheapest for me.

State Farm gives student discounts as well as a host of other discounts, but I don't know if they have rider policies.
