Weight: 260.5 lbs!! (No clothing on at all, Military with full clothing (bluejeans,shoes,socks,t-shirt was 272.5)

Trying out Leptopril , I'm kind of hesitant to try it but I told the fiance a few days ago and she went out and bought some. Going to try it for two weeks and see if it does anything.

Went out and got a Magic Bullet ..so far used it once and the materials/recipe's seem to be pretty darn good.
I used it to mix avacodo, tomato, and onions into a paste for a wrap

Dinner: Turkey wrap w/ above ingrediants and romaine lettuce on a spinach wrap. Other half of avacoda stuffed with above ingredients and grilled.

Workout: 5 mile run needed asist on the 4th mile (had to hold onto bars for 1/2 a mile) but did it in 48minutes!!
75 situps in I don't know how long but probally a minute to a minute and a 1/2

Most of the dietary supplements need to used consistently for 3-4 weeks before the effects will be noticed. Also if it alters your metabilism you will have trouble keeping the weight off once you stop taking it.. (although going throuhg basic training and what not will probably counteract that). Good luck to you man and stick with it!

congrats. sounds like you're making decent progress. the avacado/tomato/onion mix soudns good. almost makes me want to get back on the diet and exercise thing. but i don't have the time really. if i could get a better schedule at work i could do it... my schedule makes no sense considering my school schedule.

thats a decent time for 5 miles...

you know if you want a crash diet i may still have the one a navy recruiter gave me... its basically home made vegetable soup (i sucked at making it) and a fairly strict eating schedule.. tells you what to eat on what days. it works but its a bitch to follow if you dive right into the shit.

Edit: on the weight

I double checked it and had Fiance get on scale to check it
I'm a beyond excited!!!

Yea, I'm hesitant on the dietary supplement but she already bought it so gonna try it. It says you should notice results within a week/week max. We'll see I'll let everyone know whats going on.

Breakfast: Eggwhite, 1mushroom, 1 slice of cheese (taste yuck, I like mushrooms a lot and this was just too big of a mushroom, in the future add maybe a lil milk or tomatoe and cilantro to spice it up.

Workout: 1mile took 9minutes (including warmup 3mph2(min) and warmdown(1min).

Lunch: Skinless/Boneless Chicken Breast stuffed with brocolli/mushroom w/ dijon mustard. Some fresh pan fried veggies.
Pineapple/Coconut/Orange juice drink.

Went to recruiter, and filled out some paperwork. I have to take the asvab Wed. I am going for Military Intelligence.

Naked: 257.5
so w00t!!!

I hope I'm not driving ya'll nuts with this.
I feel like updating 3 times a day lol, but I figured ya'll may get mad at me.

Yesterday I ran another 4miles
and did 100 situps I tried to do the pushups and realized I need to train better on my technique and my ability to do them.

Last night my dinner was very small because I wasn't home it was simply put an apple. That sucked :( but I wasn't hungry after eating the apple. Yesterday however, my parents made pasta w/ garlic bread and just typing about it makes me want some...but I was strong and proud of myself.

I'm gonna weight in on friday's I think and keep a weekly tab of my weight.

My back hurts,legs hurt,etc ...
today is really the first day I've been really sore
I'm gonna go downstairs and do some good stretches and see if I feel good enough to walk at 3mph for 2 miles.

then I'll eat breakfast.
