Project ZeroAccess getting skinny
What's your current height?
Don't cut meat out completely the human body really is not designed to carry out the strenuous regiment that a military basic training will require you to do, and your body will go into fits if you are a vegan and then suddenly eat the Army food. Do me a favor look up the nutrition value of a MRE, they are not good for losing weight but are designed to give all the nourishment required for long hard labor.
The reason I asked your height because I know in another thread you mentioned joining the military. Did the recruiter do a body fat measurements, or did he just give you a generic you are 6' you should be 200lbs answer. For instance I measured out at 6'1 3/4" and 234lbs in one of my final weigh ins, but I was far from over weight I am just built like a D1 college LB. So your weight may be high but it may not be necessary to lose close to 60lbs in a crash course diet and exercise program.
BTW, running at a incline of around 30 at a pace around a sprint will do wonders.

Darthness, is right you will gain almost if not all the weight back if you do that kind of diet and exercise. Although, if you join the military right away you could keep it off, but going into the guard might not help much. For instance my platoon use to run around 22 miles a week, I know you might not do that in a year in the National Guard.
Weight Watchers with working out w/freeweights
I can eat whatever I want, stay within my points, and excersize three times a week.
Starting weight 310lbs 6'1"
current weight 284lbs after about 6 weeks of working out and the plan.
Much healthier as a result. If you are going on a strict vegan diet, I would suggest doing one thing also...go with a multi-vitamin to make up for the nutrients you aren't getting by cutting out dairy, and protien.

Day 1: White Rice, Black Bean, Tomato
Banana
Chik-Fil-A SmallCarrot Raisin Salad/Lrg Fruit Bowl
Working on third glass of h20 (need to get some while working out)
Workout Regime:
Ran 5 miles at speeds 3mile-4miles an hr (treadmill is a lil broken I hope these are accurate numbers)
5 miles@55minutes
Not bad for my first shot, I'll be honest I was hurting pretty bad toward the end. I couldn't regulate my breathing at all.
As far as everyone else was saying, I'll be eating fish and chicken (edit: and turkey!), I'll be going against what the recruiter said. Just sounds healthier to me, still will not eat breads, butters, sugars, salts, and pasta's though.
I'll get sugars from the fruit and grains from the cereal/oats I'll eat.
Anyone know if those spinach wraps are really bad for you?
Or would using lettuce as bread be better?
I know its sounds rediculous how much I'm trying to cut back/how quickly and I don't want to injure myself (I DEFINATELY don't think I'm invincible..hell I'm not even tough..I'm pujjy).
Any advice/helpful tips would be appreciated

I hope people don't mind me doing this, to be honest its a great motivator for me and I truly hope ya'll don't mind. Its just really cool to type this out and if I typed it to where I only saw it I'd probally fib. My fiance bought my a weight scale today that measures bodyfat too apparently. She also bought me liptopril, I told her I wanted to use it but now I am having doubts considering how little of food I am eating (I normally eat LOADS) I'm trying to eat the recomended service on meals now and its hard!
Cont. 2nd day: Grilled Chicken w/ dijon sauce and one "togo" mozerella stick all melted together and wrapped in a turkey slice (wish I didn't put the turkey slice but it was thincut and it was 4 slices total...thats why I wish I didn't use it but oh well live and learn)
Slept from 9pm to 10am (wow, haven't been sleeping lately all too well)
3rd day: 3 mile run (31 minutes included a 12 minute 1mile warm-up)
Breakfast: Slim Fast Shake (was gonna do cereal to get my grains but no milk, so that may be what my lunch consist of to get my grains)

In reference to running and lifting, don't overdo it right when you start. It's better to do 1 mile a day then 7 miles one day a week, for your joints and muscles. For lifting (which you should also def be doing), do like 2 or 3 muscle groups a day. Say, bench, bis, tris Monday, shoulders, traps, delts Tuesday, etc, etc. Plan everything out to the T and stick to it no matter what. But like I said, don't overdo it or you and your body aren't gonna like it. I'll talk to my friend about dieting. I he lost about 100 lbs (300 to 200) so he knows a little something about it.
No prob, do what you need to do to keep yourself on schedule.

To be honest, I pushed myself fairly hard on the 5mile
the 3mile felt great though.
I did some setups and what not.
I want to bring my weight bench over (a huge gym thingy with pulleys n what not)
I don't want to overdo it but I need to lose quickly.
5miles seems high but I wanted agood benchmark
11minutes a mile seemed aight to me (for starting out, I definately want to do better, My target is 7.5-8min) a mile
Before I go into Basic.

I appreciate everyones input/advice on this.
I really do just wanted to declare that one more time.
I can't say how much I thank all of you.
(I feel like I'm doing an acceptance speach) I want to thank all the little insignificant little peons who I had to stop on each step of the way. Since ya'll are so crappy at life, I only had to work a little bit to make it to the top. Thank and keep on sucking.
