Project ZeroAccess getting skinny

Post by ZeroAccess »

February 6th: 272 lbs

Plan: Become a freaking vegan, eat vegies and fruits only. No meats :( and all the other good stuff. No pastas, breads, or heavy creams/cheese (may cut out if it doesn't kill me).

Workout Regime: Running..and lots of it going to get the treadmill tommorow and put in living room. I'm gonna run till I can't run no more than take a breather and run again. While I am not working I have NO excuse.

Goal: 210ish lbs (more importantly healthy to pass physical)
Timeframe: Quick as possible, I'm hearing reports from 1month to 6months.

I see one problem. NOT ENOUGH PROTIEN. Its the carbs you want to cut (or replace with complex carbs). Don't cut all your protien. Protien is hard to digest, so it will help you loose weight. Alot of lifters drink a protien shake before bed to keep their body keep burning fat while they sleep.

Yea, if you've never done this before, you really should do your research and see what you really need to get the job done. Saying that you're just going to beat your body to a pulp and potentially injuring yourself isn't going to get you where you want to be :) And don't even think of saying "Oh I won't get injured, I'm invincible", cause I've already proven that to be wrong, and it's just stupid.
Get yourself on a realistic plan of cardio, weight, and diet. Realistic is the key word here. Good luck with everything. If you have any questions, I'd be glad to try to help you out.

I tried a diet once that really cut the weight off. It was a strictly water based diet. Only foods like grapefruits, cucumbers, celery, ect... Anything that is water based, and eat nothing else aside from necessary protein. I dropped 12lbs in a week on the diet. It was a pretty tasty diet as well, I love fruits and vegetables.

ADD IN THE CHICKEN. Trust me, low carbs high in protien. If you want to burn off the fat, you need lean muscle mass. If you work out and don't give yourself the protien your body needs your going to start breaking down muscle, and lowering your metabolism. If your trying to loose weight, then you want your motabilism as high as you can keep it.

x2. Everyone should be on a weight plan. It keeps your muscles and bones very healthy. The cardio keeps your heart healthy. Not to mention your body, it keeps positive neurotransmitters running around in your brain, keeping you positive and feeling great.

yeah, and there should be more hours in the day so everyone could have time to plan out meals, shop, sleep, shower, exercise, diet, work and / or go to school, and have some free time.

btw if you loose all that in an extremely short period of time (less-than three months) enlist immediately because otherwise i can assure you unless you can keep on that extreme diet and work out for the rest of your life, you're going to gain it all right back.
