ok noob question if its externally regulated doesnt that mean i also would have to go buy the specific regulator seperate? And how big of an alternator should i look at if i want to run about 4000rms to the subs, and about 800 rms to the components? They have systems with 4000 on a 200 amp alternator, and 6000+on a 300. a price quote for both would be great!
