Go to Search, and then type in the level number you are, it should bring up others in your level.

but I would start out training first, and get those numbers up. Also commit some crimes to get more EXP too.

well if they attack you, and you lose. You're in the hospital again :)

If you win, you have more cash. Plus in the events I believe it says something.
