yeah i got that T2 on an outstanding deal i paid like 280 shipped when Zeb.com was going out of business. And actually my 12 have very similar output to the fi.Q18, except the Q sounds noticably cleaner. If i had to do it again i would still buy it but im happy with the FI for sure! seriously take a peak at the NEW BL they can only offer it through their forum and email until the site gets updated, but looks like its gonna be a major performer.

yeah for an amp im gonna have to tell ya to look at rockfords power series, the t2001bd is massively under rated. one thing rockford does do well is power series amps, it might be the only thing they get credit for now a days, but its well deserved ebay one from high desert audio, thats rockfords ebay name, they sells alot of refurbs on there

just get yourself 8 Funky PUP 12's in the 8 ohm variety. Then place the DX2000 on them. Tell me that wouldn't rock the house just before it caught on fire....

The btl is for those who according to the owner knows their stuff. Boxes for the btl are user decision. For the 18 i would say about 8 cubic feet for the 15 atleast 5 cubes. Those subs are very serious one of them in the 18 variety can get up to 149dbs according to their forum. Thats in a yukon. The btl has so decent sound, id say about the same music quality as the Kicker L7 but it gets very very very loud, Aspecial if you go with a fully loaded version, which is the better cooling stiffer motor etc, all options on the site, that also ups the power handling of the sub. Beleive me one of those will be loud. I would say if you have the room get the 18 fully loaded, stap it on a T2001bd rockford, or something similar. You will not be disappointed. And yes if your going for over the top like you stated, this will be a good set up. Im pretty sure a BTL will sound better then a 9500 also, not to mention direct contact with the owner and designer of the sub. You may want to look on the forum at the BL they are 1000rms so you could run two 15s and be i beleive a bit louder than a single BTL. The BL is based off the BTL, but they incorporated more sq. Look at their forum youll get lots of answers about box sizes wattage, port frequency, and alot alot of videos.

Before you decide what subs you are going to go with, figure out what you are going to use for power. If you wanting to do something serious like a Fi BTL, you are going to need a good 2,000rms to get that woofer moving. But the problem with running 2,000rms is that your charging system will NOT keep up. You are going to need an upgraded alternator to handle 2,000rms on a daily basis. Then just a bettery front battery.... there wont really be a need for a extra rear battery, but i can not stress this enough, if you are wanting to go with 2,000rms of power, you are going to need a high output alternator.

Now, with that being said, what have you decided to use for power??

And another thing, if you arent going to with 2,000rms, i would stay away from the BTL and go with a Fi SSD or Q because they will be more efficient with less power.

Ok rip on rockfords subs and speakers, i always do, they were my first set of upgraded speakers and it sounded like a down grade. But their amps the power amps are tough amps. I have had one since before i knew anything about car audio, and i have done sum stupid shit to it and its still cranking away like it were new. THe T20001bd is one of the most under rated amps ive seen it puts out on average 800 rms watts at 1 ohm more than stated. Its a great piece of equipment. And its not outlandishly priced for the wattage. Rockford subs mostly poop, rockford speakers poop, rockford amps lucked out and work wonders. the 360.2 is amazing by the way, i jsut hate the price tag, and the fact that i dont have a bluetooth palm :sad017:
