IndoAudio

Post by brisgreat1 »

Yeah today I officially filed a dispute with PayPal for the wiring kit I ordered, I ordered the product on the 7th of December, payment was cleared on the 9th, and received an automated message claiming the product was ready for shipment on the 11th, today is the 14th. I checked the automated message again (link in messge shows shipping status) and what do ya know . . . there is NO tracking number... at this point I don't even want the product from the seller, I'm asking for a full refund and taking my business elsewhere. I understand during the holiday season everyone kind of takes a break however it's now the 14th of January and I don;t have a product that was suppossed to have been shipped out on the 11th of December. Avoid business with IndoAudio at all costs
The only thing I can vouche for IndoAudio is that they do return e-mails, however it seems like they just lead you on to wait a little while longer each time..

I bought an amp from them last year, and I received it in a couple of days. No fuss or anything. I guess that they just got bad after that. SOrry to hear about your hardship.

I think something from this thread and Keith's problem should be learned....

Don't trust ebay sellers.

That is all.

Well, at least you got your money back. Sorry that things did not work out for you though.
