I have seen it with my own eyes, on a drag strip 1/4 mile the 04. Viper beat the 04 zo6 vette hands down, now i dont remember if in 04 it had a 500hp motor or not, that i would have to look up... Now The 06 Viper is going up against a 425hp vette that is z06 right? or is it more hp now

06 viper vs 06 vette 505 and viper 500

vette by .4 seconds.

vette about 10k less

oh wow i didnt know the new zo6 had 505hp... thats impressive i always was under the impression that it had 425... so i am wrong, ill admit that, I will have to look at the previous tests though, Im sure that this is the first year that the z06 beat the Viper... but dont quote me just yet

actually the vette is just as fast as the gt and even a little faster in some areas.

only problem is you could buy 5 of your Corvettes and still have enough change left over to put new stereo's ineach for the price of just one S7
