the fiesta bowl was the Boise game, right?
that was one hell of a game to watch. Oklahoma didnt know what to do on the trick plays they did, and simply out played them. what big balls they have to go for 2 in OT.
when i dont know a lot about either teams, i usually just root for the underdog.
Boise went undefeated right? they were talking to some of the players after the game, asking them if they deserve to play Ohio state... they probably do, but i honestly dont think they'd have an honest chance.
i dont know too much about college football though. i stick to the NFL.

Oklahoma was the more talented team, I almost said better
, but when you throw three interceptions and lose at least 3 or 4 fumbles..... Well they deserved a loss after that performance! I am a huge OU fan, and they let me down, but oh well theres always next year. Boise State however is an up and coming program. They played a near flawless game, not many penalties and played with lots of heart!! Watch out for them in the future!

So it's halftime through the Sugar Bowl, and while LSU isn't playing to their full potential (yet), I still think they're going to rip ND a new asshole in the 2nd half. LSU is just too good and too fast for ND to stand a chance IMO.
Fiesta Bowl..well played game, very well coached on Boise State's behalf. No, I don't think Boise State deserves a title shot because their conference is anemic. Just look what happened to Boise State when they played Georgia last year, in short: they got raped. Oklahoma didn't play all that well, but the Big 12 has become a pretty weak conference itself. I'm glad Boise State won. Bob Stoops is a whiner.
Rose Bowl: USC played a good game. Neither deserved a National title shot.
National Championship: Really, Ohio State hasn't played enough good teams this year to be able to predict what will happen when they play in a big bowl. They had all summer to get ready for Texas and 11 weeks to get ready for Michigan, with nothing but pushovers in-between. If those games WEREN'T good, it would be a disgrace.
Florida had the tougher schedule, and while they did win ugly in a lot of games, they still find enough offense to pull games off, make a lot of defensive stops, and they have a LOT of speed on the team.
Offense goes to Ohio State, Defense goes to Florida. It'll be a good game if there aren't a lot of mistakes on the behalf of either.
In reality, I don't even think Florida is the best team in the SEC. But that still doesn't mean they aren't good enough to outplay Ohio State, especially considering Ohio State is going to be a bit rusty coming into the game since they haven't played a game in so long.
Upcoming powers in the next few years: GEORGIA!!!! GO DAWGS!!!
#1 quarterback recruit this year, a duo of top 10 tailbacks, a lot of offensive line recruits, absolutely monstrous defensive players coming up, and a new offensive coordinator that's proving to be very, very intelligent. I see Georgia winning a national championship before the end of the decade, maybe even two appearances.

I blame it on LSU's coaching staff as well
. Les Miles, Bo Pelini and Jimbo Fisher are some of the best in the business. Really I think LSU is the most well-rounded team there is this year, they lost out due to that missed call at the end of the Auburn game. It could have gone either way, but it was a pretty blatant pass interference.
