Get in early on Sunday, around 10 am. Thats when they look for damaged wood.

I got two sheets before for $12 a sheet. One had the corner knocked off and some stains, the other had a few gouges in it... Doesnt matter on the carpet side

NEVER have home depot cut it for you to size, i was a home depot manager for 6 years and those saws only get squared up a couple times a year

i use them but i make sure they cuts are straight. and i dont use screws anymore i use staples.
